EC Tashi Namgyal inaugurates 70 insulated prefabricated houses in Durbuk sub-division

EC, Animal/ Sheep Husbandry Department, Tashi Namgyal Yakzee visited Barma Kargyam and Chushul villages of Durbuk sub-division on November 29.

EC interacted with the nomadic livestock rearers and inaugurated 70 insulated prefabricated houses constructed under Changthang Development Package this year.

Village representatives and the livestock rearers expressed satisfaction over the timely completion of the project enabling them to smoothly face the harsh winter.

Councillor, Chushul Konchok Stanzin; Nominated Councillor, Konchok Tsephel; Chairperson BDC, Konchok Phunchok; District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Leh, Dr. Tundup Namgial, and Block Veterinary Officer, A&SHD, Durbuk also accompanied EC Tashi Namgyal.
EC, Councillors, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nyoma along with the concerned officers/officials also visited Hanle village.
